NIV: "Come down from your glory and sit on the parched ground, O inhabitants of the Daughter of Dibon, for he who destroys Moab will come up against you and ruin your fortified cities.


AYT: Turunlah dari kemuliaanmu dan duduklah di tanah dalam dahaga, hai anak perempuan yang tinggal di Dibon. Sebab, penghancur Moab telah datang melawanmu, ia telah menghancurkan benteng-bentengmu.

Kannada: ಯುವತಿಯೇ, ದೀಬೋನ್ ಪುರಿಯೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಪದವಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಳಕ್ಕಿಳಿದು ಬಾಯಾರಿದವಳಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೋ! ಮೋವಾಬನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವವನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಟೆಕೊತ್ತಲಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿದ್ದಾನಲ್ಲಾ.
