Assamese: এই কাৰণে তেওঁলোকে পৰস্পৰে ক’লে, "এইটো চোলা আমি ফালি নেপেলাও, কিন্তু এইটো পাবৰ বাবে চিঠি খেলোৱা হওক৷" শাস্ত্ৰীয় বচন সিদ্ধ হবলৈ এনে হ'ল৷ "তেওঁলোকে নিজৰ মাজত মোৰ পিন্ধা কাপোৰ ভাগ বাঁটি ল’লে৷. ইয়াক নাফালি কোনে পাব চিঠি খেলালে"৷


AYT: Para prajurit itu berkata seorang kepada yang lain, "Janganlah kita merobeknya, melainkan membuang undi atasnya untuk memutuskan siapa yang akan mendapatkannya." Hal ini terjadi supaya genaplah yang telah tertulis dalam Kitab Suci: "Mereka membagi-bagi pakaian-Ku di antara mereka dan untuk jubah-Ku, mereka membuang undi." Punjabi: ਸਿਪਾਹੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕੁੜਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਵੇਖ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।” ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ । “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡ ਲਏ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਪਰਚੀ ਸੁੱਟੀ ।” ਤਦ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ ।

NETBible: So the soldiers said to one another, “Let’s not tear it, but throw dice to see who will get it.” This took place to fulfill the scripture that says, “They divided my garments among them, and for my clothing they threw dice.” So the soldiers did these things.
