Assamese: হায় হায় অন্ধ পথ প্ৰর্দশক! তোমালোক সন্তাপৰ পাত্ৰ; কিয়নো তোমালোকে কোৱা যে, মন্দিৰত ধৰি শপত খালে একো নহয়; কিন্তু যি জনে মন্দিৰৰ সোণত ধৰি শপত খায়, তেওঁহে ধৰুৱা হয়।


AYT: Celakalah kamu, hai para pemimpin buta, yang berkata, 'Siapa yang bersumpah demi Bait Allah, hal itu tidak ada artinya. Akan tetapi, siapa yang bersumpah demi emas Bait Allah, ia terikat oleh sumpahnya itu.'



Bengali: অন্ধ পথ পরিচালনাকারীরা, ধিক্ তোমাদের ! তোমরা বলে থাক, কেউ মন্দিরের দিব্যি করে তা পালন না করলে তা কিছুই নয়, কিন্তু কেউ মন্দিরের সোনার দিব্যি করলে তাতে সে আবদ্ধ হল।

Gujarati: ઓ અંધજનોને દોરનારાઓ, તમને અફસોસ છે; તમે કહો છો કે, જો કોઈ ભક્તિસ્થાનના સમ ખાય, તો તેમાં કંઈ નહિ; પણ જો કોઈ ભક્તિસ્થાનના સોનાના સમ ખાય તો તેથી બંધાયેલો છે.

Hindi: “हे अंधे अगुओं, तुम पर हाय, जो कहते हो कि यदि कोई मन्दिर की शपथ खाए तो कुछ नहीं, परन्तु यदि कोई मन्दिर के सोने की सौगन्ध खाए तो उससे बन्ध जाएगा।

Kannada: <<ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ಕುರುಡು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿಗಳೇ, <ಒಬ್ಬನು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದೇನು ಆಣೆಯಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೀರಿ.

Malayalam: കുരുടന്മാരായ വഴികാട്ടികളേ, നിങ്ങൾക്കു ഹാ കഷ്ടം; ആരെങ്കിലും മന്ദിരത്തെക്കൊണ്ട് സത്യം ചെയ്താൽ അത് ഏതുമില്ല എന്നും മന്ദിരത്തിലെ സ്വർണ്ണത്തെക്കൊണ്ട് സത്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവനോ ചെയ്ത സത്യത്തിന് ബാധ്യസ്ഥൻ എന്നും പറയുന്നു.

Marathi: “तुम्हाला दुःख होईल. आंधळ्या वाटाड्यांनो, जे तुम्ही म्हणता, ‘जर काेणी मंदिराची शपथ घेतो तर काही नाही; पण जर एखादा मंदिरातील सोन्याची शपथ घेऊन बोलतो, तर तो बांधलेला आहे.’

Punjabi: ਹੇ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਆਗੂਓ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਾਏ ! ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੈਕਲ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੈਕਲ ਦੇ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ ।

Tamil: குருடர்களான வழிகாட்டிகளே! உங்களுக்கு ஐயோ, எவனாவது தேவாலயத்தின்பேரில் சத்தியம்செய்தால் அதினால் ஒன்றுமில்லையென்றும், எவனாவது தேவாலயத்தின் பொன்னின்பேரில் சத்தியம்செய்தால் அவன் கடனாளியென்றும் சொல்லுகிறீர்கள்.

Telugu: “అయ్యో, అంధ మార్గదర్శులారా, ‘ఒకడు దేవాలయం తోడు అని ఒట్టు పెట్టుకున్నా ఫరవాలేదు గానీ ఆ దేవాలయంలోని బంగారం తోడు అని ఒట్టు పెట్టుకుంటే మాత్రం వాడు దానికి కట్టుబడి తీరాలి’ అని మీరు చెబుతారు.

Urdu: ऐ अंधे राह बताने वालो , तुम पर अफ़्सोस! जो कहते हो‘अगर कोई मक़दिस की क़सम खाए तो कुछ बात नहीं; लेकिन अगर मक़दिस के सोने की क़सम खाए तो उसका पाबँद होगा।’
