Assamese: যিবোৰ ল'ৰা বজাৰত বহি থাকি, ইজনে সিজনক মাতি কয়, 'আমি তোমালোকৰ আগত বাঁহী বজালোঁ কিন্তু তোমালোকে নানাচিলা; আমি বিলাপ কৰিলো কিন্তু তোমালোকে নাকান্দিলা'; তেওঁলোক এই ল'ৰাবোৰৰ নিচিনা।


AYT: Mereka adalah seperti anak-anak yang duduk-duduk di pasar, yang berseru satu sama lain, 'Kami meniup seruling untukmu, tetapi kamu tidak menari. Kami menyanyikan lagu perkabungan, tetapi kamu tidak menangis.'
