Assamese: ক্রীড়াবিদসকলে যি অভ্যাস কৰে, সেয়া খেলত জিকিবলৈ কৰে, আৰু তেখেতসকলে সকলোভাৱে ইন্দ্ৰিয়-দমন কৰে। এইবোৰ তেখেতসকলে বিনাশী কিৰীটি পাবলৈ কৰে, কিন্তু আমি হ’লে, অবিনাশী কিৰীটি পাবলৈ ইয়াকে কৰোঁ।


AYT: Setiap orang yang bertanding berlatih menguasai diri dalam segala hal. Mereka melakukannya untuk menerima mahkota yang fana, tetapi kita untuk mendapatkan yang abadi.
