Assamese: কাৰণ যদিও গৰ্ব কৰিবলৈ ইচ্ছা কৰোঁ, তথাপি মই অজ্ঞান নহ’ম; কিয়নো মই সত্য ক’ম; আৰু গৰ্ব কৰাৰ পৰা আতৰত থাকিম, যাতে কোনেও মোক শ্ৰেষ্ঠ বুলি জ্ঞান নকৰে; কিন্তু মোক যি দৰে দেখে বা যি দৰে মোৰ কথা শুনে, সেইদৰেহে মোক জ্ঞান কৰক৷


AYT: Akan tetapi, jika aku ingin berbangga, aku tidak akan menjadi bodoh karena aku akan mengatakan kebenaran. Namun, aku menahannya supaya tidak ada orang yang memandangku lebih dari apa yang mereka lihat atau yang mereka dengar tentang aku.

Kannada: ಹೊಗಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಹಾಗೆ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವೆನು. ಆದರೂ ಯಾರೂ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಅಥವಾ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಕೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬಾರದು.
