Assamese: তেতিয়া দ্বিতীয় জনী মহিলাই ক’লে, “নহয়, জীয়াই থকা ল’ৰাটি মোৰ, মৰা জনহে তোমাৰ ল’ৰা।” তেতিয়া প্ৰথম জনীয়ে ক’লে, “নহয় নহয়, মৰা ল’ৰাটি তোমাৰ, জীয়াই থকা জনহে মোৰ।” এই দৰে তেওঁলোক দুয়োজনীয়ে ৰজাৰ আগত নিবেদন কৰিলে।


AYT: Namun, kata perempuan lainnya, "Tidak, sesungguhnya anakkulah yang hidup dan anaknya yang mati." Akan tetapi, perempuan yang pertama berkata, "Tidak! sebab anakmulah yang mati dan anakkulah yang hidup." Demikianlah mereka bertengkar di hadapan raja.

Hindi: तब दूसरी स्‍त्री ने कहा, “नहीं जीवित पुत्र मेरा है, और मरा पुत्र तेरा है।” परन्‍तु वह कहती रही, “नहीं मरा हुआ तेरा पुत्र है और जीवित मेरा पुत्र है,” यों वे राजा के सामने बातें करती रही।

Kannada: ಆಗ ಎರಡನೆಯವಳು, <<ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ, ಬದುಕಿರುವವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು ಸತ್ತಿರುವವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನು>> ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದಳು. ಮೊದಲನೆಯವಳು ತಿರುಗಿ, <<ಅಲ್ಲ, ಸತ್ತಿರುವವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನು, ಬದುಕಿರುವವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು>> ಎಂದಳು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಅರಸನ ಮುಂದೆ ವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು.

Marathi: पण तेवढ्यात ती दुसरी बाई म्हणाली, नाही, जिवंत मूलच आहे, मेलेले बाळ तुझे आहे. पहिली त्यावर म्हणाली, “तू खोटे बोलतेस, मेले ते तुझे बाळ आणि जिवंत आहे ते माझे.” अशाप्रकारे दोघीचांही राजासमोर कडाक्याचा वाद झाला.
