Assamese: আৰু যদিও মই গুপুতে তেওঁৰ প্ৰাণ ললোহেতেন, তথাপিও আপুনি নিজেও মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে হ’লহেতেন, কাৰণ ৰজাৰ পৰা কোনো কথা গুপুতে নাথাকে৷


AYT: Sebaliknya, jika aku mencabut nyawanya dengan khianat, maka segala perkara itu tidak akan tersembunyi dari raja. Engkau pun akan menjauh dari padaku.



Bengali: আর যদি আমি তাঁর প্রাণের বিরুদ্ধে বিশাসঘাতকতা করতাম, রাজার থেকে তো কোন বিষয় লুকানো থাকে না তবে আপনি আমার বিপক্ষ হতেন৷

Gujarati: એ હુકમની અવજ્ઞા કરીને જો મેં છાની રીતે આબ્શાલોમને મારી નાખ્યો હોત, તો તે બાબત રાજાની જાણમાં આવ્યા વગર રહેત નહિ તું પોતે જ મારી વિરુદ્ધ થઈ ગયો હોત. અને મારા પર આરોપ મૂકવામાં તું પહેલો હોત."

Hindi: यदि मैं धोखा देकर उसका प्राण लेता, तो तू आप मेरा विरोधी हो जाता, क्‍योंकि राजा से कोई बात छिपी नहीं रहती।”

Kannada: ನಾನು ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾಯವನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ನೀನೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಟ್ಟು ದೂರ ನಿಲ್ಲುವಿ>> ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

Marathi: अबशालोमला मी मारले असते तर राजाला ते समजलेच असते आणि तुम्ही मला शिक्षा केली असती.

Odiya: ଯେବେ ମୁଁ ତାହାର ପ୍ରାଣ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସଘାତକତା କରିଥା'ନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ତ ଅଲଗା ହୋଇ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଥା'ନ୍ତ; କାରଣ ରାଜାଙ୍କଠାରୁ କୌଣସି ବିଷୟ ଗୁପ୍ତ ରହେ ନାହିଁ ।"

Punjabi: ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਛਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਲੁਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਕਰਦਾ ।

Tamil: ராஜாவுக்கு ஒரு காரியமும் மறைவானது இல்லை; ஆதலால், நான் அதைச் செய்தால், என்னுடைய உயிருக்கே எதிராக செய்பவனாவேன், நீரும் எனக்கு எதிராக இருப்பீர் என்றான்.
